Sherise is back in town visiting her estranged family. Meanwhile across North America a disease is spreading behind the scenes that is killing people. “Puddin Lips” the street name for a highly contagious disease that melts off peoples face and body. On her way home she sees her family slain at the hand of a local vigilante group (the Fire Fighters) hell bent on stopping the disease. After seeing her world shattered she stumbles upon another group of infected people who actually worship the disease as a blessing from an ancient god.
