We are back with 2 Indonesian films that may just blow your minds. Both out on Shudder right now. First is The Queen Of Black Magic (1981) by Liliek Sudjio. The original movie about a woman who is betrayed by her lover and is tricked into learning black magic to exact he revenge on everyone. Up next is a review of the remake. The Queen of Black Magic (2019) by Kimo Stamboel. This version changes up the story quite a bit. A group of friends who grew up in an orphanage together revisit the orphanages dying caretaker with their families one last time. They soon find out that some of their past isn't what it seems to be and are soon trapped in a hellish landscape of The Queen of Black Magic! These movies are ones to check out.
