It of course all starts with David Cronenberg's Hard Sci Fi brain buster of Scanners (1981). That delves into the different factions fighting for scanner dominance. Then onto Scanners 2 The New Order (1991) where another shady group tries to control the scanners for their personal power grab and domination of a city. Then finally a review of Scanners 3 The Take Over (1991) where a sister tries out a new scanner drug that makes her go crazy and it takes her scanner brother to stop her from WORLD DOMINATION.
