One a slasher in the middle of Rush Week (1989) w/ a killer that preys on the ladies at the college. Is it the local frat or is it much more sinister?! Then we review Last Gasp (1995). Where a murderous developer Leslie played by Robert Patrick (T2) kills off an entire tribe in Mexico and is possessed by the remaining native in their final and last gasp. By mistake Alex and Christina Pick two movies by the same Director Bruce Wemple. Two sort of Cryptozoology creature films that Alex mistook for a skin-walkers movies. It's Alex's Birthday Week! Yep, that old son of a blood sucker is older on Wednesday. So, Help Alex by sharing this episode with your friends! This week Alex chose to watch a few Hong Kong movies that are definitely appealing to the horror crowd. Starting with Riki Oh (1991) one of the bloodiest more graphic and schlocky live action movies ever made. Then we watched a Hong Kong Buddy Zomedy w/ Bio-Zombie (1998). Two VCD show owners unleash the zombie apocalypse in a mall and try to stop it. All in this weeks episode complete with squeaky chair!
This week it's all about found footage because the third installment of The Fear Footage 3AM just came in the mail. A Youtuber that explores abandoned buildings saw the first tow movies and decided to find out if Darkbluff and all the Fear Footage is real. That's right we finish the Trilogy of the notorious tapes of The Fear Footage! Plus! We, brought along another Found Footage film for fun. We decided to give The Monster Project a full watch and review. Since we hadn't watched it. About another youtuber that decides to interview real monsters for his new show and things go terribly wrong. I think we found our theme. Join us!
We continue our 2000's horror with a few action horror movies. What would the 2000's be without them? This week we review Daybreakers (2009) about a future where vampires rule but they have diminished the human population so much there's only 5% left. They are starving. It's up to Ed (Ethan Hawke) to come up w/ a blood substitute. Then we also review Pandorum (2009) about a group of Earths last survivors who travel 120 to another solar system but when they wake up from hyper sleep. Something is wrong. We are back with 2 Indonesian films that may just blow your minds. Both out on Shudder right now. First is The Queen Of Black Magic (1981) by Liliek Sudjio. The original movie about a woman who is betrayed by her lover and is tricked into learning black magic to exact he revenge on everyone. Up next is a review of the remake. The Queen of Black Magic (2019) by Kimo Stamboel. This version changes up the story quite a bit. A group of friends who grew up in an orphanage together revisit the orphanages dying caretaker with their families one last time. They soon find out that some of their past isn't what it seems to be and are soon trapped in a hellish landscape of The Queen of Black Magic! These movies are ones to check out. Two films about corpse love by Jörg Buttgereit. Nothing says you love someone like digging them up and showing them how much you care..... Not really, but.. we watched them for you anyway. THen tell you the tales of how they were made, why and even what happened when they tried to show these films around. Even the strides the sequel took to promote women in horror. A Serbian Film (2010) Is about a retired adult entertainer who opts for one last job but it ends up to be the final job of his families life. These movies are EXTREME and are not for the faint of heart. They are not meant for the average viewer. We discuss what we think about both these movies in our spoiler free and spoiler reviews to kick off the first week!

Alex wanted to watch a few Luigi Cozzi films that came out in 1989 so he dragged Christina back to it. We needed a break from new movies 1 week. This week we talk about Paganini Horror (1989) about a rock group that uses unreleased music from the famous violinist. Only to find they may have just given up their souls. Then we watched The Black Cat (1989) which had less to do with Poe and more to do with being the unofficial sequel to Suspiria & Inferno. This of course came out before Mother Of Tears. Boy... does it get wild.
We are back and It's time for the TOP Horror Movies of 2020! This year Alex put together 30 movies that he thinks will be the best of the best. Plus, Christina picked her own Top 5 of the year. Hanukkah (2019) starting Sid Haig a man who thinks God has given him extra commandments to force upon those not taking the holiday seriously. Then we take on an Horror Anthology DEATHCEMBER (2020) Which has a short for each day of the advent calendar! We even pick our Top 5 of the many we watched each. So pour a little extra sauce in that egg nog and let's get jolly this week.
We are back for that crazy Siamese twin sibling rivalry gang of Duane and his brother Belial! That's right it's time to finish off Frank Henenlotters BASKET CASE Franchise w/ two new reviews! Starting with BASKET CASE 2 (1990) where Duane/Belial meet a new family of freaks. Everything seems normal for Belial but not so much Duane. Then we review BASKET CASE 3: The Progeny (1991) where Belial becomes a father on the road to Georgia where the freak gang stir up more trouble. It's a whacky franchise and we got loads of trivia and fun to talk about.
Thanksgiving Special? Well, pull up a chair and dine with us as we review two films that will blow your mind. First up we talk about BLOOD RAGE (1987) which is about a pair of twins one of them is accused of murder and 10 years later when one escapes the killing spree begins. Then we review POULTRYGEIST: Night of the Chicken Dead (2006). Zombified chickens attempt to kill the fast-food workers that cook them in a restaurant built on an ancient burial ground. Both are great and both will give you plenty to FEAST on this holiday.
